Applying for a Nights Away Permit

If you are interested in gaining a permit that allows you to take young people on sleepovers, camps, and expeditions etc. then use the following information to help you.

Permits are now applied for via the new membership system. Please ensure you speak to a Nights Away Assessor before selecting them and sending a request to assess you.

Nights Away Notification Form

Nights Away Notifications must now be submitted through the new membership system at least a week in advance to the District Lead Volunteer or a Nights Away Approve. A risk assessment for the event must accompany the application.
