There is a section on the process for applying for a Nights Away Permit, and also a link to the latest Nights Away Notification form - which must be completed and sent to your DC, and be approved, before your event can take place.

Please download a copy of this form (below), complete it, and then submit to Colin Robertson, District Commissioner - This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  for approval along with your Risk Assessment, at least 14 days in advance of your Nights Away.

Note you must have received approval by email before your event can go ahead.

Note: If you are running a light weight expedition or camping as part of an expedition, you must hold the relevant Nights Away Permit and the relevant Hill Walking Permit.
